Cancellation and Refund

MagicShield Payments is a subscription-based SaaS platform.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused services. However, if you believe you were charged in error or did not receive intended value, please contact us at contactus@magicshieldpayments.com within 7 days and we’ll review your request.

For annual plans, a pro-rata refund may be considered under exceptional circumstances.

We cannot initiate refunds without merchant consent or authorization.

Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount would be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 4-5 business days.
